Initial Report- this will
involve the team visiting your home and walking through taking photographs
and notes in order for us to be able to go back to our office and
write a detailed proposal of what we think needs to be done to sell
your home. Prices of this consultation vary depending on the size
of the home.
Vacant homes: We will visit these homes and create a report of rooms
that we feel need staging to help sell the house, this may be the
whole house or specific rooms to accentuate features and suit your
budget. We use our own furniture and accessories and this will be
charged at a monthly rental dependent on the amount of our furniture
we use. We will also address the curb appeal for your home, this is
one of the most important aspect of your home, you do not
get a second chance to make a first impression.
Occupied homes: Whether this is owner occupied or rented, we will
visit the home for the initial consultation and create a report documenting
what needs to be done. When the home is occupied, we will use the
already existing furniture in the home and
re-arrange this to show the best features, we may also add accessories
to the home, de-clutter and clean the property. Some homes may also
need some basic decorating. Again, we will address the curb appeal
of your home.
Temporary staging: We offer this service at a one off cost which involves
us coming and staging the home, in order for a photographer to come
and take photos of your home for marketing purposes, the furniture
will only be in the house for the day that the photographs are scheduled
to be taken . |
